The shipping costs below are for the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. and APO. Shipping is typically via UPS Ground, however, other methods may be used if they are more cost effective. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and overseas/international is available at additional cost. Under no circumstances will international shipments be marked as "gift".

Returns are accepted for product exchange or store credit only. Refunds are given only when the item ordered is defective and a replacement is not available. Requests for product exchange or store credit must be made within 14 days of receipt. Reports of defective or damaged merchandise must be made within 3 business days of receipt.
An RMA is required for the return of merchandise for any reason. You must contact Skidmarks Diecast Collectibles at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive an RMA.
For product exchanges or store credit, the purchase price of the original item ordered, not including shipping, will be applied towards a different item or store credit. Buyer is responsible for shipping the original item ordered back to Skidmarks Diecast Collectibles as well as shipping of the exchanged item back to the buyer. The exchanged item will be sent, or store credit applied, once the original item ordered is received by Skidmarks Diecast Collectibles.
Only workmanship defects, to the actual item (not the box), will be considered for merchandise return for refund. Discrepancies with the accuracy of details and normal seams/gaps ,necessary for assembly or feature functionality, will not be considered defects in workmanship. I.E. An item received with a broken or missing windshield would be considered defective. An item painted an inaccurate shade of Gull Grey or an item with large gaps around movable flight control surfaces would not be considered defective.
While all efforts are taken to send an item in the most pristine packaging possible, damaged or defective product packaging will not be considered grounds for merchandise return.
